I’m a Canadian CPA building an independent business at the intersection of bookkeeping and practical AI workflows.

I currently provide quarterly and yearly client bookkeeping services to an accounting firm on an as-needed basis. I’ve developed my own AI-assisted bookkeeping workflow and am looking to support additional firms and small businesses.

My focus is on useful, repeatable processes: bringing records together, working through the details and keeping professional judgment at the centre.

Yes. Contract bookkeeping for an accounting firm is the foundation of my current work. The engagement can be scoped around quarterly or yearly client files and your firm’s handoff requirements.

Do you offer tax filing or assurance services?

The services described here are bookkeeping and related workflow support. Tax filing, audit and other assurance services are outside this website’s advertised scope.

How is AI used in the work?

AI assists with parts of my bookkeeping workflow. Outputs still require review and accounting judgment. Tool use, access and data handling should be agreed before client information is shared.

How are fees determined?

Fees and timelines are agreed after discussing the reporting period, transaction volume, record quality and required deliverables.
